Banana Blueberry Smoothie

Low-fat breakfast smoothie with banana and blueberries

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 heaped cup blueberry
  • ½ cup low-fat yogurt
  • ¾ cup low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp honey / sugar

Instructions

  • Chop the banana into small pieces and add to a blender along with blueberries, milk, yogurt and honey.
  • Blend until smooth and pour into glass and serve immediately.
