Banana Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 heaped cup blueberry
- ½ cup low-fat yogurt
- ¾ cup low-fat milk
- 1 tbsp honey / sugar
Instructions
- Chop the banana into small pieces and add to a blender along with blueberries, milk, yogurt and honey.
- Blend until smooth and pour into glass and serve immediately.
