butter

Instructions
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.
Beat sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 180 C | 350 F. Grease a 13 x 7 inch brownie pan. Spread into prepared pan.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool the pan on wire rack. Cut into squares.
Notes
You can add a mix of white and dark chocolate chips.
Add chopped nuts like walnuts or pecans to give some nuttiness.
