Ingredients

heaped cup cantaloupe
cubes

peeled and cubed
1 ½

low-fat milk
Few mint leaves
Honey/Sugar as needed
Instructions
In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve immediately.
Notes
You can add more milk if you prefer the smoothie to be less thick.
