Cantaloupe Mango Mint Smoothie

Low fat smoothie with rockmelon, mango and mint

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped cup cantaloupe cubes
  • 1 mango peeled and cubed
  • 1 ½ cup low-fat milk
  • Few mint leaves
  • Honey/Sugar as needed

Instructions

  • In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can add more milk if you prefer the smoothie to be less thick.
