small apples

chilled milk

tsp
honey

almonds

walnuts

of cinnamon powder

of cardamom powder

Instructions
Core the apple and peel the skin. Chop them into small pieces. Chop the almonds and walnuts into small pieces.
Add apples, 1 cup milk, almonds, walnuts, honey, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder to a blender and blend well.
Add remaining milk and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust honey according to the sweetness of your apples.
You can use sugar instead of honey.
Add a small scoop of vanilla ice cream to make it more creamy and rich.
